Corporate Sponsorship
There are many ways that companies can work in partnership with us, either via sponsorship, social responsibility marketing and via one-off donations.
At The Relationships Centre we want to build lasting relationships with companies, ensuring they are involved, updated, informed, advised and supported in everything they do for us. Our current corporate sponsors are shown further down the page. Here are just a few ideas of how your company can benefit:
Employee Fundraising
Fundraising projects encourage staff to work together and gives them the change to develop their team-building skills as well as improving morale and motivation.
Sponsorship
Sponsoring The Relationships Centre can work in many different ways and can really help to promote a positive image of your company. It can help you to reach your target audience, raise your brand awareness, motivate your staff and show commitment to your community.
Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving enables companies to ensure their staff can donate efficiently and directly through their salary and it's easy to set up.
If your company doesn't have a payroll giving scheme get your payroll department to talk to a government approved agency like the Charities Aid Foundation or Give as you earn.
If you are an SME (small or medium sized enterprise) you may be eligible for a government grant that will allow you to set up and promote Payroll Giving within your organisation. For more information please visit The Payroll Giving Centre
Gifts in Kind
This method of support for The Relationships Centre enables companies to contribute in a way that is entirely relevant to their business. It provides us with invaluable technology, equipment and fundraising prizes that enable us to raise funds and continue to deliver our services to our clients.

Transpennine Express
First TransPennine Express (FTPE) runs inter-city train services on three main routes across the North of England. They link Liverpool and Manchester with Leeds, York and the North East, with Sheffield and Doncaster, and with the Lake District and beyond.
FirstTranspennine have recently supported the Relationships Centre by offering funding to help deliver our Out of Hours support line for Young people who run away and to pay for our new range of Talk dont Walk leaflets. Often Young people will use the rail network to run away or will hang round stations putting themselves at risk. Many if the Transpennine staff have received briefings on ho wthey can help Young people who may be in this situation and ensure their safety.
A group of Young people visited the Train Simulator in Mancester in February 2009 and experienced how it feels to drive a train and look round a depot and learn about the rail industry and careers available. Both the Young people and the rail staff enjoyed the day and another visit is planned for late 2009.
The Relationships Centre would like to thank First Transpennine for all their support over the last 12 months and look forward to working with them in the future.
