The success of the Life Skills Academy depends on the commitment, passion, drive and expertise of all our partners. We are always looking for new organisations to come with us on this amazing journey and help us widen the variety of employment and placement opportunities, available.
Our current partners include:
- K.B Industries (Europe) Ltd, establishing a partnership that will enable young care leavers who wish to access manual work, the opportunity to access a six to twelve month apprenticeship / work placement.
- GreenSpec, www.greenspec.co.uk was founded as a free internet resource for architects in 2003, to identify and catalogue building products containing recycled material. Today GreenSpec is widely regarded as the standard source of reference in respect of sustainable construction and products.
- LCH, our training partner who will provide career path assessments, NVQ's and apprenticeship support.
- Local Authorities who we will support to fulfil the role of corporate parent for their care leavers and unemployed Young People.
- Commercial and Retail partners.
